Wallet Service Changes

Hello, this is the SNKRZ team.

We want to inform you of wallet service changes effective February 1, 2026.

  1. Deposits (Import) — Deposits from external wallets into the SNKRZ app are no longer available.
  2. Withdrawals (Export) — In-app withdrawal functionality has been discontinued. All withdrawals are now processed manually via email request.

Please check your assets within the app. For withdrawals, submit a request by email to support@thesnkrz.app.
